Our attention to detail and execution is the same whatever the discipline; we provide an imaginative and workable design package, including feasibility, conceptual design and development, project management and procurement.

Prior to preparing a project brief, we initiate a workshop, during which we investigate the client’s objectives, technical requirements, budget and timescale. We take this opportunity to impart information on current trends, materials, colour etc, to ignite and inspire the client imagination.

An agreed project briefing document will clearly set out the objectives of the project.

While working within the constraints of the property our design will illustrate traffic flows, meeting spaces, storage, equipment location, power, data points, light sources and sound issues prior to developing detailed drawings.

We provide samples of finishes, mood boards and computer generated images to help our clients visualise how the finished interior will look.

We will liaise with other consultants to deliver a workable and co-ordinated design while ensuring best value for money.

As part of our scope of work we prepare all relevant drawings and specifications for the preparation of a fully specified tender document.

We stay with our projects throughout, attending tender, pre and contract meetings to ensure the designs have been correctly interpreted and the expected high standards have been delivered.
