Thuja Design understands that an accurate set of building plans are essential to the successful execution of any project. We produce accurate plans as part of larger design packages, or to suit the requirements of property professionals for development, refurbishment, legal or record purposes.

Thuja Design also produce Land registry compliant Lease plans for residential and commercial lease holders and other professional organizations.

The Land Registration Act 2002 and the later published Land Registry Practice Guide 40 outline specific requirements for lease plans. Our knowledge and experience of these guide lines have meant the efficient delivery of lease plans for a diverse portfolio of properties.

We will visit the property and complete a detailed survey and then produce the required plans using AutoCad and e-mail the completed drawings to you.

The drawings can be issued electronically as either Autodesk DWF files or PDF images we can also issue printed copies ready for immediate insertion into the appropriate documents.
