Disability Equality

Thuja Design aims to create and sustain an inclusive work environment which provides equality of opportunity for everyone.

Thuja Design will also liaise with building owners as far as is reasonably practicable to produce inclusive environments that everyone can use.  Where possible our designs will remove the barriers that create undue effort and separation, enabling everyone to participate equally, confidently and independently in their everyday activities.

Sustainability

We have a commitment to source local sustainable raw materials where possible and endeavor  to specify external parties such as suppliers and contractors that have high standards  in their environmental performance.

We spend time exploring the issues that are important to our clients and advise them on developing a ‘green’ environment.

Environmental

We have a commitment to continually improve our environmental performance. Thuja design will comply with relevant environmental legislation as minimum level of performance by following such guidelines such as recycling of packaging materials, minimising waste and use of timber or wood products from sustainable (managed) forests.
