Ellenborough House (Current)
Thuja Design has been appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of Ellenborough House incorporating three floors of office accommodation for Rickerbys solicitors one of the regions leading law firms.
The scope of work includes all common areas, including Reception Area, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with all office suites within the building. The Rickerbys refurbishment includes client meeting rooms, conference rooms, toilets and breakout areas.
Thuja Design has been retained by both client’s to manage the implementation of the design scheme, attend site meetings and complete a final review of all works.
33 Great Charles Street
Thuja Design has been appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of 33 Great Charles Street, a building that has been at the heart of Birmingham’s business and financial district for over a century.
The scope of work includes all common areas, including Reception Area, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with all office suites within the building. The old trading floor of the stock exchange will undergo a transformation into a new client and meeting suite on two floors and is the centre piece of this redevelopment.

123 – 127 Hagley Road
Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of 125 a five Storey Building and vacant office space within 127.
The scope of works included all common area, including Reception Areas, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with all office suites in 125.
The design work extended to exterior improvements, which included a new entrance to 125, hard landscaping to all buildings, the redevelopment of the communal garden area and scheme signage.

126 Colemore Row
Thuja Design has been appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of 126 Colemore Row, which occupies an enviable location in the centre of Birmingham business district.

Cavendish House
Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of this elegant seven storey building.
The scope of works included all common area’s, including Reception, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with vacant office suites within the building and external works to the Waterloo Street elevation.

Diddington Hall
Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of this Elizabethan Manor House.
The scope of work included the ground floor reception, meeting room and office space.
Elmbridge Court
Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the redevelopment of Elmbridge Court which is set in 12 acres of greenbelt on the out skirts of Cheltenham and Gloucester.
The project required the conversion of former HM Custom and Excise and Ministry of Defence buildings into 25 office suites in three blocks and ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.
Thuja Design managed the implementation of the design scheme and worked as a source of reference between the client and contractor, attended site meetings and on completion provided a final review of all works.
Lancaster House
Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of Lancaster House a prominent building at the junction of Newhall Street and Great Charles Street Queensway.
The scope of works included all common area, including Reception Areas, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with vacant office suites within the building.

Stoford Developments
Thuja Design were responsible for procurement and installation of the specialist joinery within the office fit out scheme, and have subsequently provided other furniture and furnishings for a more recent refurbishment.
