Thuja Design where responsible for the management of the design and specification and worked as a source of reference between the client and contractor.   Thuja Design also prepared marketing and display material for the successful launch party.

Thuja Design were initially asked to perform a technical role, reviewing the proposed 304 apartments and optimizing their internal layouts.  Their role evolved and subsequently they became responsible for producing the specifications and designs for the apartments fit-out.

The scope of work also included designs for all common areas, lift lobbies, stairwells and detailed designs for the developments entrances and sky lobbies.

Thuja Design have been retained by the client to manage the implementation of the design scheme and have been working on the scheme since April ‘07
