Description:	Refurbishment of eight storey office building within central Birmingham
Location:	Lancaster House, 67 Newhall Street, Birmingham

Scope of Project:

Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of Lancaster House a prominent building at the junction of Newhall Street and Great Charles Street Queensway.

The scope of works included all common area, including Reception Areas, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with vacant office suites within the building.

Thuja Design was retained by the client to manage the implementation of the design scheme, attend site meetings and complete a final review of all works.
