Client:	HSBC – Nationwide Equity Fund Management Limited
Description:	Internal and external refurbishment of a 29,000 sq ft office building within a conservation zone in Birmingham’s financial district.
Location:	Cavendish House, Waterloo Street, Birmingham

Scope of Project:

Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of this elegant seven storey building.

The scope of works included all common area’s, including Reception, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with vacant office suites within the building and external works to the Waterloo Street elevation.

Thuja Design was retained by the client to manage the implementation of the design scheme, attend site meetings and complete a final review of all works.
