Scope of Project:

Thuja Design has been appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of 126 Colemore Row, which occupies an enviable location in the centre of Birmingham business district.

The scope of works included all common areas, including Reception Area, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with all office suites within the building.

Thuja Design has been retained by the client to manage the implementation of the design scheme, attend site meetings and complete a final review of all works.
