Description:	Redevelopment of three five-storey buildings with a total of 63,000 sq ft of office space in the heart of Edgbaston’s established business district.
Location:	123 – 127 Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham

Scope of Project:

Thuja Design where appointed to produce designs for the refurbishment of 125 a five Storey Building and vacant office space within 127.

The scope of works included all common area, including Reception Areas, stairwells, landings and W/C’s together with all office suites in 125.

The design work extended to exterior improvements, which included a new entrance to 125, hard landscaping to all buildings, the redevelopment of the communal garden area and scheme signage.

Thuja Design was retained by the client to manage the implementation of the design scheme, attend site meetings and complete a final review of all works.
