The Hayes Apartments

Client:	St Davids Partnership (Land Securities and Capital Shopping Centres)
Description:	304 one and two bedroom apartments, part of the St Davids 2 regeneration project.
Location:	The Hayes, Cardiff

Scope of Project:

Thuja Design were initially asked to perform a technical role, reviewing the proposed 304 apartments and optimizing their internal layouts.  Their role evolved and subsequently they became responsible for producing the specifications and designs for the apartments fit-out.

The scope of work also included designs for all common areas, lift lobbies, stairwells and detailed designs for the developments entrances and sky lobbies.

Thuja Design have been retained by the client to manage the implementation of the design scheme and have been working on the scheme since April ‘07
